WANT TO GET THE SPARK BACK IN YOUR RELATIONSHIP?
Touch is vital for maintaining a healthy, long-term relationship (read an article about the importance of touch here); however, many people find that the amount of touch declines in their relationship over time. One great way of introducing more touch is to give each other massages. Massages promote relaxation and communication, which can pave the way for greater intimacy. You will be well served by learning some good massage techniques first, though! To that end, I recommend the MELT video series--it's one of my personal favorites.
My other go-to recommendation for enhancing intimacy in relationships is an app called Pillow Play. This app offers a series of exercises that couples can practice with one another at home in as little as 10 to 20 minutes per day. These exercises are based on a lot of the same techniques used in sex therapy programs--like sensate focus--but are presented in a way that any couple can use if they want to build or improve communication skills.
WANT TO LAST LONGER IN BED?
Many men find that they aren't able to last as long as they would like to during sex (read an article about premature ejaculation here). If this is distressing to you or your partner, consider trying Promescent, a mild desensitizing spray applied to the penis that is designed to delay ejaculation.
WANT TO SPICE UP YOUR SEX LIFE?
Sharing new and novel experiences with your partner (both sexually and otherwise) is one of the keys to maintaining a happy and healthy relationship. One common way that people introduce novelty into their love lives is through sex toys. For instance, research has found that many women and men report having used vibrators during sex and that this enhances their pleasure. To that end, you might consider a couple's vibrator such as the We-Vibe (pictured below on the left) or the LELO Ida (pictured below on the right)--click on either photo to learn more and purchase.
